Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Superbilled, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of Service

Superbilled is a technology tool for generating superbill PDFs. We are not a billing service and do not provide legal or billing advice. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of codes and information you enter.

HIPAA Compliance

A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is required and accepted during onboarding. You must use Superbilled only for legitimate therapist-client relationships covered under HIPAA. You are responsible for ensuring your own HIPAA compliance as a Covered Entity.

Account and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly.
• No refunds for partial months.
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Acceptable Use

Superbilled may only be used by licensed mental health providers for legitimate superbill generation. Any misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity will result in immediate account termination.

Limitation of Liability

Superbilled is provided "as is." We are not liable for insurance reimbursement outcomes, billing errors, or regulatory penalties arising from your use of the service. Your use of Superbilled does not constitute a guarantee of insurance reimbursement.
